With an MBA in Entrepreneurship, he brings a natural entrepreneurial and business mindset, enabling him to help hundreds of clients succeed in their UK business ventures.

Kenghui’s long-standing experience at P&Co and her can-do attitude have made her a cornerstone of the team. She plays a key role in leading audit activities as well as all aspects of business accounting. Kenghui has a passion for self-sufficient and organic living – whether in business or in her garden. She is also an enthusiastic grower of organic fruits and vegetables at home.

Joining P&Co in 2009, Aki has long held an interest in the technical side of accounting. She even taught accounting in Japan for over two and a half years while also working at EY. Aki has never stopped learning and continues to study towards advanced tax qualifications. When she isn’t studying, she puts her skills to use on the yoga mat – finding peace through her practice.

Since joining P&Co in 2007 and qualifying through the firm, Jia has become a senior
accountant and tax specialist. With deep expertise in business and individual taxation and strategic tax planning, Jia is known for tackling HMRC compliance and investigations with confidence and clarity. Jia brings commitment, energy and initiative to every
engagement—whether advising clients or dancing through life with infectious enthusiasm.

Qualifying at EY and having been part of the Financial Institutions Transaction Advisory team, James has a wealth of experience delivering on major projects. Drawing on this expertise, he now helps small, medium, and even large enterprises to succeed. When he isn’t solving business challenges, he is a keen skier in winter and a rock climber in summer – fun all year round!

A former banking associate at a leading global investment bank, Andrew is a serial entrepreneur dedicated to helping P&Co clients identify and solve their business challenges. An Engineering graduate from Oxford University, Andrew has a natural aptitude for problem-solving and runs several of his own start-ups, scaling businesses, and property portfolios.

A vibrant and well-loved member of the P&Co team, Amy takes great pride in her work, both professionally and beyond. Known for her understanding and empathy, Amy is often regarded as an invaluable support to our clients. Outside of work, she is an enthusiastic and creative artist.

Amy joined P&Co in 2021 and has specialised in partners' payroll affairs at a global accounting firm since 2005. Outside of work, she enjoys keeping my home organised and making desserts.

Phyllis is a Chartered Accountant who began her career at Ernst & Young, where she qualified and built a solid foundation in audit, technical accounting, and client advisory. She later held senior finance positions in Hong Kong’s banking and insurance sectors. Now based in the UK, Phyllis focuses on applying her experience within the UK regulatory framework and practice-based accountancy environment. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family.

With a degree in accounting and a background in both trading and retail companies, Vicky brings valuable experience to her role. Originally from Hong Kong, she is dedicated to supporting clients with care and professionalism. In her free time, she enjoys baking and visiting museums or national parks.

Frank brings a unique, data-driven edge to the property sector, blending over 20 years of technical leadership with deep expertise in property development and management. While leading the firm’s IT initiatives, Frank’s primary focus is leveraging technology to optimize property performance and streamline project management workflows. His dual-specialty allows him to bridge the gap between physical assets and digital efficiency. Outside of the office, Frank stays ahead of emerging financial trends as a cryptocurrency enthusiast and Artificial Intelligence.

Kit is known in the office for her attention-to-detail mentality and thrives on getting things done right. This dedication extends to her home life, where she is a passionate baker! Recently, she has mastered the Japanese cotton cheesecake, which requires no baking agent yet remains moist, soft, and healthy.

With extensive experience in corporate banking, having served in Tokyo, London, Los Angeles, and Amsterdam, Tadayuki brings a wealth of expertise to P&Co. Drawing on this background, he provides clients with timely insights and tailored solutions that meet their unique needs. Outside of work, he enjoys swimming and exploring the footpaths of North West London.

Originally from Okinawa, Ayaka studied abroad at Lumière University Lyon 2. At P&Co, she draws on previous experiences to deliver high-quality, client-focused service with clear communication and speed.

With a background in accounting for a trading company specialising in overseas transactions, Ayumi also brings extensive experience working with UK-based Japanese companies. In her free time, she enjoys visiting museums.

A dual-qualified ACA and ACCA Chartered Accountant, I built my professional foundation through three years of intensive training at a leading firm in Berkshire. As a lifelong 'student of life,' I am committed to deepening my knowledge to provide the highest quality service, transforming complex financial concepts into clear, actionable guidance. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling across Europe and can often be found snowboarding in the mountains during the winter.

After graduating from the University of Essex, she gained retail experience in both Japan and the UK. It equipped her with problem-solving and communication skills in her work. She is passionate about professional development, evidenced by her self-taught AAT qualification and is actively working towards higher qualifications. Outside of work, she enjoys a variety of content to apply her creative thoughts to novel writing.

She studied Business Administration at a junior college and began her career in Japan, working in accounting and finance roles in the Japanese healthcare sector, including statutory accounts preparation, compliance, and financial performance reporting.
Outside of work, she enjoys staying active and holds a second-dan qualification in Kendo.

With a background in accounting from Queen Mary University of London, he has a strong foundation in UK tax and experience teaching the subject in student-led classes. He is driven to specialize in cross-border tax, applying strong analytical skills to complex international cases, and maintains a disciplined lifestyle as a GBR figure skater.
